“BLUE RIBBON” PENTHOUSE–Just as Savile Row, a vintage Patek Philippe Timepiece, and a 1965 Aston Martin represent the benchmark of a “Blue Ribbon” Lifestyle. Sculpted from raw warehouse space, this duplex loft has been created and designed by Victoria Blau Architects and Nico Rensch of Architeam, UK. The focal point of this loft is the dramatic double height living room with the noteworthy glass-enclosed viewing garden, open to the sky, which separates the master bedroom suite from the living area. The loft flows seamlessly on three levels with approximately 3,500 square feet of interior space and 2,200 square feet of private outdoor space covering three terraces. The largest terrace features a complete kitchen, and an outdoor “living room”, defined and shaded by a Pergola, with open and clear views of Soho and beyond. The details of this loft are well expressed through the deliberate design, including the collection of materials such as hand-rubbed Larch Wood, blackened steel, and honed volcanic basalt stone-slab floors, which creates a sense of harmony, serenity, and balance throughout. The mezzanine level houses a study. Radiant heat floors in master bedroom and bathrooms. Pantry/laundry room, large private storage room. Crestron Operating system. Attended Lobby.
